Failed recordings
We know how disappointing a failed recording is. We can’t do anything to bring it back but we can help you prevent it from happening again.
Viewers could see some disruption to their TV reception from Wednesday the 15th to Sunday 19th January 2025. This is due to high pressure which could disrupt the TV signals.
This may cause YVM302 errors on YouView devices. If you are affected by this, please don't retune your box until the high pressure system has passed, as this can sometimes make the problem worse.

We record your programmes based on the start/end times provided by the broadcaster. If the times they’ve given are incorrect, then this will cut the recording short.
