  1. Help with signal interference

    Your aerial brings you all your Freeview channels but can be affected by signal interference. Here’s a guide to identifying what could be interfering with your signal:

    There is more than one reason why this could happen. Try these steps and we’ll see if we can solve it:

    Can you hear someone describing what’s happening on screen? This is the sound of Audio Description. A feature used for those who are partially sighted.

    Let’s run through a few quick checks and see if we can bring your sound back:

    Does your screen look like its tinted pink or purple? This can happen if your HDMI signal isn’t being translated correctly by your box or TV. Give these steps a try and it should de-pinkify your screen:

    Feel like you’re sitting in the front row at the cinema? Don’t worry, it’s likely the zoom feature has been activated.
