Turn on/off background transparency 

A YouView Box FAQ

Transparencies let you still see what's going on in the background while you browse the menus. You can turn this on/off in a few quick steps:

  1. Open the Menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. From Accessibility & language select Appearance
  4. Select Transparent backgrounds
  5. Choose your preferred option
  6. Select Done
