A factory reset will restore your box to its original factory settings and deletes all your recordings. If you experienced this error, it means we weren’t able to reset your box.

If you still need to factory reset your box, you can perform a Maintenance Mode reset which will give you the same option to reset your box as well as the options to factory reset your box and keep your recordings.
