Box stuck in nearly ready

That’s not meant to happen. Try this step to get it started:

To restart your box, press and hold the supportSiteInlineImage button on the top or front of your box for 8 seconds, then let go. You’ll be greeted with a friendly ‘Hello’ telling you that your box has restarted. Give it a couple minutes to get itself ready and then it should load as usual.

If this doesn’t help, it’s worth trying a Maintenance Mode Reset, Option 2 (keep recordings) as it can resolve the issue. This will keep your recordings but you do need an internet connection for it to work.

If your box is still stuck in nearly ready after trying these suggestions, we’d recommend contacting your box provider for further help as you may require a replacement box.
